Logged in your CRM, a reply drafted, two showing times that fit your calendar. It waits for your okay before anything goes to the lead.

It writes the tracker with who owns each deadline, sets a reminder ahead of every one on its own clock, and tells you what it set. They fire whether or not the app is open.

Who built it
Built by someone who needed it first.
I work four jobs at once. I fix medical equipment, I sell commercial real estate at my family's brokerage, I run C Squared Industries, and I teach cybersecurity to rural hospitals. I know what a Tuesday looks like when three of those collide.
This isn't theoretical. I use an assistant like this myself, and it does whole jobs for me: it researched this company's insurance and wrote the memo with sources, it folded my attorney's review into a contract. Then I built a reference server, ran a full day of an agent's work through it in one sitting, and it kept every name and date straight. I handed it a contract's dates and it built the tracker and set every reminder itself. The prices come from measured costs, not guesses.

Book your setup and name your assistant
Setup is $1,200 once, then $150 a month for Standard or $225 for Power. Until online checkout is live, we send the agreement and invoice by email.
Ten to fifteen minutes on your phone
Open Telegram, say hello, answer three questions, tap the links to connect email, calendar, files, and CRM. You never type a password. It reads something back from each account to prove it's connected.
Hand it work like you would a person
Text it the job, not the steps. "New lead, do your lead routine." "Here are the contract dates, track them." It comes back with the work done and anything that goes to another person staged for your okay.

The usage allowance is a hard cap on your own key, so the bill can't surprise you. We notify you at 80%, 95%, and 100%. We add $10 of extra usage on request. Extra custom workflows are quoted from $250. Month to month, thirty days' notice either way. Full terms on the Terms page.
The commitment
Time back every week, or we make it right.
We build it to give you back time every week for the things you actually want to do. We don't put a number on that. If after your first full month the assistant hasn't materially cut your workload, tell us in writing. We review how you've been using it, reconfigure it and your custom workflow at no charge, and if the next month still doesn't do it, we refund that second month and you can leave without the notice period.
Common questions
What does "its own computer" mean?
Your assistant runs on a server that is yours alone, with its own browser, its own file space, and its own schedule. That's how it can look something up, save a file, and set a reminder that fires later, instead of only writing text in a chat. It's a cloud machine we manage for you; there's no desktop to look after.
Does it see my password?
No. Connecting an account sends you a link. You sign in on the provider's own screen and approve. Email, calendar, files, and CRM all connect this way, about a minute each. The access you grant can be revoked from your own account settings any time.
Which CRMs does it work with?
Zoho CRM, Zoho Mail, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Dropbox are connected and tested today. HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, Outlook, OneDrive, Salesforce and Pipedrive use the same platform and are coming. Ask and we'll confirm yours.
Is my data mixed with anyone else's?
No. Each client gets their own server, their own AI key, and their own spending cap. A new server is never created from a copy of another client's.
Will it send things without asking me?
Before it messages or emails anyone you haven't named in the conversation, it is instructed to check with you first. Treat important outbound drafts as yours to approve; the work is done, you say go.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Month to month, thirty days' written notice either way, no termination fee, no prorated refunds. You leave with an export of your data and a copy of your assistant's setup, free, with our keys removed. Then everything on our side is deleted within thirty days.
