C Squared Industries is a family-run holding company in Ocala, Florida. We build businesses that are profitable, principled, and people-centered. Our work is an act of service to families, to communities, and ultimately to God.
What we believe

Every human being is created with purpose and the capacity to flourish. The conditions that let families thrive are not slogans: life supported by stability and opportunity, liberty that means real choices, and property, whether a home, a skill, or savings, as the ground where liberty becomes something you can live in.
Stewardship is what you do with those things. It is the work of caring for what you've been given so that it is better for the people who come after you. Flourishing is what happens when people are free and equipped to do exactly that.
Ownership and agency are slipping away from ordinary families. We exist as a deliberate counterweight: businesses that put time, skills, and footing back in people's hands.

What that looks like today
Two businesses open. More being built.
The Personal AI Assistant exists because we needed it first: a small company run from a phone, drowning in follow-up. The Academy exists because stable work and stable homes are built on habits and skills nobody is teaching. Over time, more ventures join them.

Timothy Connor
Chief Executive Officer. Sets the long view and the standards every venture is held to, and built the AI assistant for himself before offering it to anyone else.

Chief Operations Officer. Turns plans into working systems.
